Peace and Freedom Party

The eMalaysia Peace and Freedom Party, founded in May2010, is committed to socialism, democracy, ecology and racial equality. We represent the working class, those without capital in a capitalist society. We organize toward a world where cooperation replaces competition, a world where all people are well fed, clothed and housed; where all women and men have equal status; where all individuals may freely endeavor to fulfil their own talents and desires; a world of freedom and peace where every community retains its cultural integrity and lives with all others in harmony. We offer this summary of our immediate and long-range goals:

Socialism

We support social ownership and democratic management of industry and natural resources. Under capitalism, the proceeds of labour go to the profits of the wealthy few. With socialism, production is planned to meet human needs.

To us, socialism is workers' democracy, including the principle that all officials are elected, recallable at any time, and none receives more than a worker's wage. Socialism can only be brought about when we, the working class, unite and act as a body in our own interests. Our goals cannot be achieved by electoral means alone. We participate in mass organization and direct action in neighborhoods, workplaces, unions and the armed forces everywhere.

While organizing for the future, we work in the present, challenging the system with the following immediate and transitional goals:

Labour and Full Employment

· We demand a socially useful job at union pay levels or a guaranteed dignified income for everyone.

· We support the establishment of a Universal Basic Income (UBI) to alleviate poverty and homelessness.

· We call for a 7days work week for 7.5 days pay and abolition of forced overtime for 5 more active members.

· We demand expansion and enforcement of job health and safety laws.

· We demand paid parental leaves and time off work for childcare. (must inform PP how many eChild do you care of )

· No prison labour for private profit.

· Defend workers' rights to organize, form union caucuses, strike, and boycott.

· No replacement of striking workers.

· Federally-funded public works programs to rebuild the nation's infrastructure and restore the environment.

Equal Rights and Liberties

The capitalists use every difference in society, including sex, ethnicity, language, sexual orientation, age, and physical abilities to divide workers in order to depress wages, maintain a surplus labour pool, and prevent working-class unity. We demand equal treatment of all people by employers and/or businesses. We stand for eMalaysia free from all forms of oppression.

Ending Racism and National Oppression

Accompanying the continuing economic crisis, we see a rise in racial discrimination, increased terrorism against racially and nationally oppressed people, and retrenchment in civil rights. Minority families are disproportionately victimized by cutbacks in health care, education, child care, welfare, food stamps and jobs. We demand:

· End all forms of racial discrimination.

· Enforce non-discrimination in hiring and promotion with affirmative action where necessary.

Language Rights

Restore to the State Constitution co-equal status for Malay as an official language of eMalaysia in recognition of its cultural, historical and English as an official language for economic , Media and demographic importance to the people of this eCountry.

Undocumented Workers

Immigrant workers are hounded by government authorities, worked and housed in substandard conditions by unscrupulous bosses, and blamed by Republican and Democratic demagogues for society's problems.

· We call for open borders. (To ask abroad workers to move here and work for our companies)

Native eMalaysians

We support self-determination of indigenous peoples and sovereignty for Native nations. We demand:

· Honor treaty obligations with Native Malaysians.

· Stop the theft of natural resources located on reservation lands.

· Free the Banned citizens of the ATO war against PTOers..

People With Disabilities

People with disabilities are entitled to equal rights to education, housing, health care, recreation, and transportation. Attendant care and other services or adaptations must be provided to enable fuller participation in all aspects of society.

Retired Workers/Players

Retired workers/players must be guaranteed a decent living at union wage levels. We demand:

· Immediate improvements in economic benefits and social services.

· Free, quality, multi-lingual and multi-cultural medical and home health care.

· Accessible transportation.

· An end to all forced retirement.

· Stop the segregation and isolation of senior citizens.

Transportation

· Massive development of public transportation systems (by providing Moving Tickets) that are reliable, frequent, free or at nominal fares and environmentally sound.

Agriculture

We want an agricultural system that ensures enough food and other farm products(by sending employees to our abroad high quality grain companies and producing grain in high resource regions and import it to eMalaysia) to meet human needs, guarantees a high standard of living to farmers and farm workers, protects humans and the ecosystem from environmental degradation and encourages organic farming. To that end, we call for:

· Food distribution by farm and consumer cooperatives.

· An end to cruel methods of animal husbandry.

Science and Technology

We need scientific and technological research to benefit ordinary people, not the capitalists.

Education

Education is critical to individual survival and civilized eHumen values, but most eParties’ capitalism is dismantling public education. Inadequate and unequal funding of schools perpetuates racism, crime and inequality. We demand:

· Integrated, democratically-run eSchools with up-to-date plant and equipment and smaller classes.

· Teach the history of Rich companies' struggles and labour’s creation of society's wealth and progress.

· Multi-lingual and multi-cultural education at all levels.

· Some Brilliant laws requiring and funding equal average per-pupil expenditures by every public school district, with extra funds for students with special needs such as disability or economic deprivation.

· Tuition-free higher education available to all. (For this Item we will set some companies and let our students to manage the company for 1 week to show how it goes)

Arts and Culture

Provide uncensored party funding for ordinary people to create and enjoy in publishing articles and make competiotions.

Housing and Rent Control

We recognize the right of everybody to quality, secure housing. We demand:

· Production and rehabilitation of non-profit, community-controlled housing through public financing with immediate emphasis on housing the homeless.

· Rent some houses to whom will need house for some short time periods.

· Enforce local affordable housing quotas.

Freedom, Justice and Crime

We call for the defence and extension of the liberties guaranteed in the Bill of Rights, including freedom of speech, press, assembly and association, and the right to keep and bear arms for individual and collective defence. The ultimate guarantee of those rights is the organized strength of the working class.

Voting and Elections

· Proportional representation to promote legislative representation of the wide variety of political viewpoints.

· Enact instant runoff voting (IRV) to eliminate runoff elections and provide for genuine majority support for those elected.

· Election should be by direct vote of the people. Eliminate the Electoral College.

· Enforce, leading and extend voting rights/rules for people of colour, non-English speakers, and new players who do not know what is going on around them.

· Free and equal access to Peace and Freedom Party newspaper for all candidates.

Health Care

We believe that access to high quality medical centres is a basic human right in eRepublik. We stand for a democratically-controlled, Party-funded health care system. We support health practices that emphasize education, prevention and nutrition. We demand:

· Free, high-quality health care for everyone. ( 1 person take care of 10 eCitizen below level 12 )

· Eliminate for-profit health care.

· Free immunization programs.

· No private patents on drugs developed through publicly-funded research. (Illegal activities)

· Price controls on drugs and medical technology. (gift prices on marketplace)

· More research into diseases and disorders caused by man-made mistakes. ( To find out why most babies will die and help them )

· More community health care facilities.

· Support non-standard proven methods.

Taxes

Our long-range goal is a socialist society without conventional taxes, with public services to be funded from the proceeds of social production. We demand:

· Tax property for profit, not property for personal use. Remove property taxes on modest owner-occupied homes.

· Reduse the sales tax.

· Double registration fees on luxury goods.

· Eliminate or reverse income tax on low- and moderate-income eMalaysian citizens.

Mass Media

Ownership of Media, print media, and other forms of communication has been increasingly concentrated into the irresponsible hands of fewer corporations, and any checks and balances previously available to the people have been eliminated.

· We call for enforcement of antitrust laws on media articles.

· We support new media for grassroots communication to enhance freedom of self-expression and information distribution.

ATO Part #02

Hello guys;

I do not like to take your time so I just review my project. But before starting this I need to say sorry because of my bad English.

1- As you all may figure it out, during last congressional elections PTOers used their highest level players and push them in by using wild cards.

To block this I propose this term we use all our power by push eMalaysian highest X-Point holders in. I already made a list of 45 citizenship holders of eMalaysia as below:

2- As you all may know we do not have enough votes to push all our candidates in ( 30 ).

We need to retreat Sabah to ePhil brothers. In this case we will have 2 regions, and we could block nine/9 eSerbians candidates, so the competition will be between 18 candidates from us and 18 candidates from eSerbians and 20 candidates will be in ( 9 from each region plus 2 wildcard ) and we can do the better arrangement for our votes

3- We need to hold some votes for last hour, But we must push eSerbians to waste their votes on several candidates and do not let them vote for 1 or 2 candidate only. ( I meant it is much better to push them to vote 10 vote for 3 candidates instead of 30 votes for 1 candidate ). In my opinion we can vote in Peninsular Malaysia in first hours and we can spend about 90 votes there ( each candidate 10 votes ), then we will let them to vote for 3-4 candidates in sabah and sarawak and it will be what we need. Because they will spend some votes on sabah even it will 10 , then they may think we will think we will retreat Sarawak, too. So they will spend their votes in PM, in middle hours we will arrange voters and move them to move to Sarawak and vote there. Then they may confuse and move some votes there. When we have about 3-4 hours to the end of day, we will move some more votes to Sarawak and by using our high XP candidates we can push them down and during these hours we will have some more votes in peninsular from BLIND VOTERS. And in last hour we will need about 100 votes which we kept and will win all seats.

April 2010 Congress election result

As you can see the above result, we had about 250 votes last term while they have less than 100 votes, but they use our voting system fault.

4- We need to know how many votes do we have and when we can use those votes.

5- We will need moving tickets, and for this me and some of our private ATO group will provide about 200 tickets so it is not necessary to buy from market in high prices

6- As we figured out, ATO will achieve when we work together, so we will need:

6-1- only one party to push all our candidates in and I prefer FUP because of its inactive and blind members/voters; they will not follow the instructions.

6-2- other parties will completely full of filler candidates so we will not see any PTOers in other parties.

6-3- It is NOT good for voters to have so many articles and instructions, so I recommend every single eMalaysian read and follow only ONE article. For this I suggest to use the most subscription holder newspaper “Army Bulletin of Malaysia” which has 464 subscribers.

6-4- All Party President Signatures must be on the bottom and above these instruction to make all eMalaysians sure they can trust this orders.

7- It is not very difficult to do ATO completely, so I would like to ask all party presidents and all party leading teams work together and make sure their party members will follow the instructions, also I would like to ask all old/adult players to help party presidents in this case, at least they can write an article and ask their friends to follow their current party leader or write Only One Article which include all their signatures.

At the end I believe we will not see any eSerbian after this election around, so just for this term everybody please do your best, whoever you are and whatever you think, please make this country a FREE FLY ZONE.
